Marsha Flanagan, M.Ed., CEM, is the President and CEO of the International Association of Exhibitions and Events® (IAEE). She oversees strategic planning, advocacy, business development, and operations, representing IAEE with industry coalitions and global partners. With extensive experience, she has held leadership roles in professional development, content strategy, and business growth, including positions at MPI and PPAI. Recognized among the industry’s most influential leaders, she holds a Certified in Exhibition Management (CEM) designation and a master's in education focused on tourism and event management. Flanagan is also an advocate for innovation and talent development within the exhibitions and events sector.
