This Policy will help you understand the following:
This Policy applies to the services provided to you by the CEFCO Platform, covering the information collected from all attendees and visitors to the Platform (collectively, “you”) that we serve.
This Policy does not apply to any website, application, or software that bounces from the CEFCO Platform to a third party, other than those activities related to the collection and use of information described in this Policy. The Platform will notify you via a page that you are about to be redirected to a third-party platform before the redirection occurs. The third party has its own privacy policy with respect to the information, and we do not accept any obligation or responsibilities with respect to the collection, processing, and protection of personal information that is subject to the third party’s privacy policy.
In accordance with relevant laws and regulations, the platform will take technical measures to monitor and record network operation status and network security events, and retain relevant network logs for no less than six months.
In order to implement the online registration and enrollment function, you need to authorize us to collect and use the necessary personal information as follows:
1.Registration
CEFCO platform is the only designated official registration system for CEFCO conference. Registration and login to the CEFCO platform is via cell phone or email verification code. In order to realize the online registration, you need to provide us with at least your cell phone number or email. If you refuse to provide the above information, you will not be able to register or login CEFCO platform.
During the registration process, we will collect necessary information, including your personal information (name, ID number, gender, cell phone number, email address, photo, job title, country/region, city), company information (full name of the organization, type of the organization, address, brief introduction), etc. It is used to establish your unique identity identifier on the platform, so that you can log in to the platform smoothly and use the relevant functions.
According to the security requirements of the relevant state departments for large-scale events, all participants must purchase tickets in their real names and have their identities verified on site. Please be sure to fill in the real identity information.
2.Message Notification
We will send you one or more types of notifications, including audit notification, payment notification, license notification and other information by SMS or email. In order to ensure timely checking and receiving the notification related to the meeting, please make sure you fill in the correct participant or contact person’s cell phone and email.
3.Order Management
During the registration process, you need to provide your contact phone number.
Please pay the fee as soon as possible after the approval of the registration information. The system will prompt you to pay the amount of money, payment account and other information. To complete the payment, please click “I have paid” and upload the payment voucher, and wait for the staff to reconcile the audit.
Please fill in the invoice information, including invoice head, taxpayer identification number, address, telephone number and e-mail address for receiving invoices.
You can check and manage your order information through “My Enrollment”.
4.Sign in and get the license
Attendees will be admitted to the conference by presenting their participation credentials, which will be directly adopted from your registration information.
The real-name system covers all participants (including but not limited to: all delegates, staff, media, etc.). The system will automatically capture your registration information for participation card production, including your photo, organization name, personal name and other information. Consequently please be sure to upload a standard ID photo for the production of the participation card, and do not upload life photos, art photos or other irrelevant photos. If the delay or failure in the processing of the conference credentials is caused by the uploading of unrequested photos, you will be responsible for the relevant consequences.
During the conference, all venues will be accessed by your participation card, which can only be used by yourself, and cannot be passed on or fraudulently used by others. Please take your credential as early as possible according to the conference notice. If you fail to collect your participation card on time, you will be responsible for the consequences.
5.Information Sharing
In order to meet the communication needs of the participants, the platform will share the information of CEFCO participants in the “Participants” page for those who have registered and logged in. All your registration information (including the information of registering on behalf of others) may be disclosed, including the name of the organization, personal name and job information, which can only be viewed by registered and logged-in users. The shared information is confined solely to the essential information directly associated with the services rendered by partners. Your information shall be utilized in line with the agreed-upon purposes and must not be exploited for any other unauthorized objectives.
6. Customer Service
When you contact our customer service, in order to protect the security of your account and provide timely feedback on the results of the process, we need you to provide the necessary personal and account information to verify your identity, and to keep records of your correspondence or calls with us and other supporting information.
Cookies and similar device information identification technologies are commonly used in the Internet. In order to ensure the smooth operation of the platform and help you get a better experience, we will use cookies and other technologies such as pixel tags, beacons and scripts (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Cookies”) in the course of our services. Cookies enable the CEFCO Platform to store information about visits and visitors, thus eliminating the need for you to repeatedly fill in personal information, enter historical search content, and other processes. We undertake not to use cookies for any purpose other than those described in this Privacy Policy, and to take technical and other necessary measures to ensure the security of the personal information it collects and to prevent the leakage, destruction or loss of information.
You can check and manage your information in the following ways:
1. Information Access
Log in to the CEFCO platform and enter “My Enrollment” to view enrollment information, review status, payment notification, etc. Click on the name of the enrollee to view all the enrollment information of that enrollee.
After passing the audit, you will receive the payment amount and payment information.
2.Information Modification
If the enrollment information status of “My Enrollment” is “Waiting for Submission”, “Waiting for Audit” or “Audit Rejected”, you can click “Modify Information” to modify the information.
If the status of the registration information is “Approved”, you can no longer modify the information. For further needs, you can contact the organizer to deal with it.
If you have the need to transfer, delete, withdraw, restrict the processing of personal information and cancel your account, you can contact us for technical support through the customer service number below.
We may update this Policy from time to time to keep up with legal, technological or business developments. However, we will not reduce your rights under this Policy without your express consent. If there are any changes to this Privacy Policy, we will post the updated Privacy Policy here, and you can see when it was last updated by checking the “Update Date” at the top of this Policy.
